Our assessments and interventions focus on psychological wellbeing, functional impact, and evidence-based recommendations to support recovery, adjustment, and sustainable work participation. We work alongside Occupational Health and Human Resources (if required) and cover a range of sectors including (but not limited to) healthcare, agriculture, manufacturing, food production, public service, education & defence.
Who do we work with...
We work with self-funding individuals, employers, HR and occupational health teams, insurers, and solicitors across a wide range of sectors — including healthcare, agriculture, manufacturing, education, public service, and defence.
Why did we start this...
Well Balanced Minds began with a simple belief: that support should adapt to people's lives, not the other way around. Between us, we've worked across clinical psychology, psychotherapy, and social care — inside systems that often ask a great deal of the people trying to hold everything together, sometimes without enough support in return.
We know what it's like to be juggling more than feels manageable — caring responsibilities, children with neurodiversity, work pressures, health challenges, or simply the weight of trying to keep going. That understanding shapes how we work: with compassion, without judgement, and with a genuine commitment to meeting people where they are.
Well Balanced Minds is the practice we wished existed when we needed it most. We now aim to deliver that compassion and person centred approach in a range of capacities.
Please note: We do not provide diagnoses, fitness to work reports or court reports.
